JOB SUMMARY
At Children's Learning Adventure, we remain committed in bringing the highest quality early childhood and school-age academic enrichment to our children and their families. Our dedicated education team works diligently to ensure that our programs are current and use the most recent research standards. The Educational Specialist is a member of our management team who oversees the programs' learning components from ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. The Educational Specialist is dedicated to the development of the whole child and willingly engages in interactive activities with each child to nurture their social, emotional, physical and academic growth. Our ideal candidate would be an individual who possess the ability to mentor and support campus staff to provide the best education to the children. We are looking for a team player who will collaborate with all staff members to achieve the academic goals and objectives of the school.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, or related field required Experience in child-care management preferred Classroom teaching experience preferred Knowledge of state licensing preferred Proficient writing and interpersonal skills Proficient in classroom technology (i.e. hatch tablets, smart boards) Computer literate in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable with public speaking Concrete understanding of educational objectives with STEAM curriculums Ability to be on their feet for long periods of time Children's Learning Adventure is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
