Job Description
Required Skills and Experience:
Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in adult education, HR, organizational psychology, instructional design, or a related field Demonstrated proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) with experience building polished slide decks and written materials Prior experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations role where you managed multiple concurrent tasks with competing deadlines Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to draft, edit, or design content, with the ability to articulate when AI output requires human judgment Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and qualityPosition ID:
