  • Position Summary:
  • Under limited supervision, provides high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support for educational programs within the Department of Family Medicine
  • .
    • Essential Job Functions:
    • The position is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Nurse Practitioner (NP) Residency Program, including clinical rotations, curriculum documentation, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and program activities.
    The role also provides administrative and operational support for the department's Nurse Practitioners, including management of day-to-day schedule and template changes. Additional responsibilities include cross-program support for educational initiatives, events, recruitment, onboarding, and graduation activities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, independent problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic and clinical environment are essential.
    • Salary Range:
    • $21.50
    • $28.00 an hour _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._

    • Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience in an academic, business, or clinical setting. Expertise in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Expertise in content management for web sites desirable. 3. License/Certification Required

    Ability to handle high-level of confidentiality and to display professionalism at all times. Requires the ability to tend to detail while in a busy atmosphere.
