Position Summary:
- Under limited supervision, provides high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support for educational programs within the Department of Family Medicine
Essential Job Functions:
Salary Range:
- $21.50
- $28.00 an hour _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 1. Education
- A.A.S. degree; or equivalent experience. 2. Experience (minimum required)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience in an academic, business, or clinical setting. Expertise in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Expertise in content management for web sites desirable. 3. License/Certification Required

Ability to handle high-level of confidentiality and to display professionalism at all times. Requires the ability to tend to detail while in a busy atmosphere.
