- Create practice-focused activities that simulate real-world manufacturing challenges.
- Work closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and leaders to ensure learning solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Develop diverse learning assets, including eLearning, ILT/VILT materials, and simulations.
What You Bring:
- A compelling portfolio showcasing your expertise in eLearning, ILT/VILT materials, and scenario-based learning.
- Over 4 years of instructional design experience, specifically in manufacturing or technical environments.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with tools such as Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
- A strong grasp of instructional design principles and modern learning strategies.
