Required Job Qualifications:
- + Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design or related field plus 4 years of experience in instructional design and/or development

- 8 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design + Proven experience leading small to mid-sized learning design/development projects + Demonstrated knowledge of multiple modalities in instructional design + Communicate effectively in visual, verbal and written form + Demonstrated ability in mentoring and coaching + Technical aptitude and analytical skill set + Sound inductive and deductive reasoning + Analyze information and evaluate results to identify appropriate solutions + Overcome obstacles by developing solutions to meet individual and departmental goals + Proven ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, subject matter experts •
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- + Master Degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or Instructional Design + Advanced knowledge regarding adult learning theories and/or emerging instructional design trends in the industry + Familiarity with Learning & Talent Management Systems + 5 years learning and development experience in a corporate or business setting + Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed reporting structure + Appropriate licensing, as needed, per business area + Project Management experience •This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office: 2 days remote.
