Job Description
Salary:
$28-$32 per hour (DOE)100% Remote must be in California.Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support global training programs, partnering with senior L&D leaders, SMEs, internal trainers, and external providers.Manage LMS platforms, including administration, reporting, content uploads, and digital learning upkeep.
Assist with scheduling, logistics, communications, and delivery of in-person and digital training initiatives.
Track training participation, gather feedback, support audits, and monitor regional training needs and gaps.
Create, curate, and digitize training content; facilitate workshops and learning sessions across business areas.
Support global L&D projects, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and operational requirements are met.
Qualifications:
Experience in training coordination, L&D, HR, or operations support; multinational or distributed team experience preferred.Strong digital learning design skills and familiarity with adult learning principles.
Experience with LMS platforms and instructional design tools (Storyline, Rise); proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally across time zones; technical industry experience a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a learner-centric mindset.
