New Hope Pregnancy Care Center is seeking someone who is passionate, committed, and pro-life to be our education coordinator. Starting pay:
$17/hour. A qualified candidate will have clear communication skills, be able to work with a variety of people in a teaching/training role, working with both clients and volunteers. This person will be able to work in the Google Workspace and have a comfort level with using various software programs. Our education coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that clients in our education program receive excellent, compassionate care. The education coordinator will work with our director of operations and office coordinator to ensure best practices and effective client care. We are seeking someone with attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and the ability to bring energy and positivity to the work environment. Must be able to work independently and with a team. Work week is Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Duties Coordinate client programs/services offered by the center. Oversee daily operations of educational activities, ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards Develop and oversee monthly schedules for volunteer client advocates. Coordinate scheduling of classes and workshops to maximize participation and resource utilization. Provide client services when volunteers are not available. Fill in at the front desk when Office Coordinator is not available. Qualifications Must be of the Christian faith, and pro-life Must be an active member in a local body of believers Must be in full agreement with New Hope Pregnancy Care Center's Statements of principle and belief. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of all organization, client and donor information Must have the ability to self-start and work independently or with minimal supervision Must have proficiency in basic computer operation Must have or gain proficiency in the Google Suite software Must have or gain proficiency in the Cool Focus client/donor software Must complete Client Advocate Training Must have a strong sense of discretion and professionalism and dependability Must have an eye for detail and accuracy in work. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high productivity levels.
