Description Instructional Designer will be the architect and builder to analyze the business needs, design learning experiences and workflows, developing the assets required to build business-specific training and leadership skills for multiple audiences, delivering to different levels and scale. Instructional Designer will lead the analysis, consult with leaders and c-levels, as well as translating the strategy into blueprints and capability maps, learning objectives, and performance outcomes, prioritizing the scope with business sponsors. Instructional Designer will discover and analyze the needs, create the solution architecture and experience design, handle the content development, all the way to program delivery and enablement. Once launched, the ongoing measurement, continuous improvement, and governance to stakeholders. Requirements Instructional Designer - MUST have the following, to be considered: + 7+ years in Learning Experience Design / Instructional Design with enterprise-scale program development. + Proven track record designing for multiple audience levels + Demonstrated success building blended and accelerated learning (cohorts, simulations, on-the-job experiences, capstones). + Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360/Storyline/Rise), video tools (Camtasia/Vyond), and LMS/LXP platforms. + Measurement experience (Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4; ROI where appropriate); dashboard/report creation. + Accessibility (WCAG 2.1), inclusive design, and content localization experience.
