8/11/2026 10:00 AM Central General Description The Continuing Education (CE) Specialist will assist the CE Department in developing, implementing, maintaining, scheduling, and monitoring all non-credit programs and courses at various locations across the WCJC service area. This position will be required to meet with students, community members and industry leaders as needed to provide general information on Continuing Education and non-credit offerings. Requirements This position requires a minimum of an Associate's Degree or 60 college credit hours and two years of full-time work experience. The CE Specialist must have superior organizational skills, the ability to make sound decisions and work independently as well as experience working with computer software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This individual must be able to provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, staff, and all other applicable parties. The position requires the ability to travel between WCJC campuses and off-site locations; a valid Texas driver's license is required. A criminal background check is required.
