Immediately Job Description Summary Description:
To provide mathematics curriculum and instructional support to elementary school administrators, elementary school teaching staff, and the community.
Qualifications:
Virginia postgraduate professional teaching license Master's Degree in curriculum and instruction, administration and supervision, or related field Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience at the elementary (K-5) level Administrative or supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working with all categories of employees and the public Extensive knowledge of best practices in mathematics Essential Duties Essential duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature. Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrates expertise and maintains competence in elementary level mathematics and tiered systems of support. Provides support and coaching to teachers, coaches, and administrators for the delivery of an effective instructional program. Facilitates the development and implementation of curriculum, professional learning, and instructional programs. Coordinates district-wide programs as assigned. Uses data to assess program efficacy and to drive instructional improvement. Monitors federal and state requirements, and supervises the implementation of changes to curriculum or instructional programs. Researches and evaluates evidence-based practices to support instructional programs. Monitors and evaluates instructional programs and achievement of division objectives. Prepares reports on the effectiveness of efficiency of the instructional program. Assists with the recruiting and interviewing of instructional personnel. Other duties as assigned through the immediate supervisor.
Pay Rate:
The salary range is $93,539-$154,033
Contract:
Full time / 12 months / 245 days

This position is effective with the 2026-2027 school year.
