Job Description
Are you passionate about inspiring young children through movement, creativity, and confidence? We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Dance & Gymnastics Instructor to join our team! If you love working with preschool-aged children and creating a fun, encouraging learning environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Teach engaging dance and gymnastics classes for children ages 2-6 . Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons aligned with our curriculum. Instruct students in ballet, jazz, creative movement, beginner gymnastics, and motor skill development. Demonstrate proper techniques while emphasizing safety, coordination, and confidence. Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Encourage each child's individual growth through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback. Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents when needed. Collaborate with fellow instructors to coordinate performances, special events, and seasonal showcases. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment. Qualifications Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units required. Must be 18+ Years Old Previous experience teaching dance and/or gymnastics to young children preferred. Strong classroom management and behavior guidance skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate children with patience, enthusiasm, and creativity. Knowledge of ballet, jazz, creative movement, or gymnastics instruction is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
