Inspire Central Valley youth through cultural dance! GrowthPoint Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic Folklórico Youth Dance Facilitator to lead afterschool cultural dance sessions for K-12 students in Mendota, CA (93640) this Fall. You will introduce students to traditional choreography, rhythmic footwork, and rich cultural heritage in an engaging, supportive environment. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Guide groups of students through foundational Folklórico steps, routines, and cultural history. Maintain an organized, uplifting, and structured classroom setting. Help students prepare simple performance routines for end-of-session school showcases. Ensure reliable, punctual attendance for all scheduled afternoon sessions on assigned days. Candidate Qualifications Experience performing or instructing Folklórico / Mexican regional dance styles. Demonstrated ability to manage, engage, and inspire youth. Must complete background fingerprinting (Live Scan) and clear a TB test prior to assignment start. Reliable personal vehicle for commuting to Mendota, CA (travel stipends/reimbursement available for out-of-area travel) .

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
