Job Description

Starlight Performing Arts Center is growing, and we're looking for talented, experienced instructors to join our team for Summer and Fall! We are currently hiring instructors with experience in: Cheer | Acro | Acro/Tumbling | Circus/Aerial | Tap | Hip Hop | Strength & Conditioning | Dance You do not need to teach every style listed. We're looking for passionate instructors who love working with dancers ages 3-18, from beginner through advanced levels.
Acro instructors:
Acro certification or equivalent training and teaching experience required. Aerial certification and experience with silks or lyra are major pluses.
Pay:
$30 per 45-minute class $20/hour for administrative work Additional teaching hours available Current openings include: Monday Parent & Me — 2:00-2:45 PM Monday Ages 3-5 Ballet — 3:00-3:45
PM Priority:
Friday Parent & Me — 2:30-3:15
PM Priority:
Friday Ages 3-5 Ballet/Tap — 3:30-4:15 PM Additional opportunities through our school programs We are flexible and willing to build a schedule around the right instructor. Our current address is our temporary studio location. We are currently building our new permanent performing arts center just down the street in Downtown Pleasant Hill.
Pay:
$30.00 per hour
