Overview Happy Kids Camps and Enrichment classes seeks Experienced Children's specialty enrichment class instructors for 1 hour classes taught in elementary schools. Ages 4.5-8 yrs(Tk-3rd) Locations of schools in Walnut Creek $80-$100/per class depending on experience Current class openings include: Spanish 4.5-8yrs

Requirements:

• Read entire job posting
• Minimum 5 years experience teaching 10+ students/class as the sole instructor, ages 4-8 yrs .
• Available to teach Mondays and Tuesdays 2:35-3:35pm, minus school holidays. Sept 14-Dec 14, 2026
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Personal transportation to/from class locations, including supplies needed for the class.
• Ability to store specific class supplies provided by Happy Kids throughout the session
• Excellent communication skills, and willingness to check email daily. Communications will lessen as the session gets started.
• Fingerprints, background check and negative TB test
• 1st interview, 30 mins on Zoom, 2nd interview will include teaching students in person with the owner(15mins).
• One, in person training session(first is scheduled for Sat. 8/22, and more dates will be added as needed).
