Responsibilities Customized Meditation Coaching:
Deliver personalized sessions that meet each student's unique needs and goals.Skill Development:
Build progressions that improve technique, confidence, and results.Positive Learning Environment:
Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages growth and enjoyment. Requirements 2+ years of meditation or mindfulness teaching experience (group or 1-on-1). Teacher training preferred (200hr+ meditation training, MBSR, or a recognized lineage) — not required. Command of techniques across breath awareness, body scan, mindfulness, loving-kindness, and guided visualization for all levels.
