Dance Instructor - All Styles WildJune Dance Collective WildJune Dance Collective is seeking passionate, skilled dance instructors to join our growing studio family! At WildJune, we believe dance is more than technique — it's about building confidence, discipline, and joy in every dancer who walks through our doors. We're looking for instructors who share that same mindset: patient, energetic, and committed to helping students of all ages and levels grow, both on and off the floor. About the Role As a WildJune instructor, you'll lead classes across one or more styles (Ballet, Acro, Hip Hop/Jazz Funk, Ballroom, Contemporary, and more), creating a fun, supportive, and structured learning environment for dancers ranging from beginner/recreational to competitive levels. You'll be responsible for planning age-appropriate lesson content, tracking student progress, and fostering a positive studio culture that keeps dancers — and their families — excited to come back. Responsibilities Plan and teach engaging, well-structured classes appropriate to student level and age Build technical skill progressions while keeping classes fun and encouraging Provide hands-on instruction, spotting, and corrections with safety as a priority Communicate student progress and needs with studio leadership and parents Contribute to a positive, team-oriented studio culture Support recital/showcase preparation and choreography as needed Qualifications Prior dance training and/or teaching experience in one or more styles (Ballet, Acro, Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, Ballroom, Contemporary, etc.) Experience working with children and/or mixed-age groups preferred Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for mentoring dancers Reliable, punctual, and professional CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer A supportive, collaborative studio environment Opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding studio Competitive pay based on experience and class load If this sounds like you please send your resume to Meagan Snell at meagan@wildjunedc.com.
