- We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Dance Instructor to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and teach dance lessons in ballet and tap, focusing on proper technique and alignment.
- Create and implement lesson plans that cater to students of varying skill levels and abilities, including those with special needs.
- Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students, helping them to improve their dance skills and build confidence.
- Manage classroom dynamics, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.
- Participate in school events, performances, and recitals, helping to foster a sense of community among students and staff.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, serving as a role model for students.
Skills:
- Experience working with preschool age students.
- Knowledge of ballet and basic tap moves.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans, adapting to diverse needs and abilities.
- Effective classroom management skills, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.
