As we expand for Fall 2026, we're looking for enthusiastic, skilled Dance Instructors to join our growing team. If you love sharing your expertise, inspiring students, and contributing to a supportive, dynamic environment, we'd love to connect with you. Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Flexible scheduling to fit your availability Opportunities to choreograph and showcase your creativity Room for professional growth within our expanding program A welcoming, inclusive dance community that values your talent Networking opportunities with other dance and performing arts professionals Opportunities to collaborate with our theatre program, including musical choreography and movement coaching Who We're Looking For Passionate dancers and teachers experienced in at least two styles Previous teaching experience preferred (especially with children and teens) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to adapt teaching methods for varying ages, levels, and learning styles Availability for evening and/or weekend classes Styles We're Looking For Ballet Jazz Tap Hip-Hop Modern Ballroom Cultural/World Dance Musical Theatre We also welcome instructors with new styles and fresh ideas—help us shape the next chapter of our program. What You'll Do Teach engaging, high‑energy dance classes Inspire students and support their growth and confidence Choreograph routines for recitals and performances Create a positive, inclusive, and fun learning environment Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff How to Apply We are accepting applications on a rolling basis for fall positions, but space is limited.
