Unity Active is hiring a dance instructor for our after-school programs in Perry Hall, MD About the company: Founded by a coach with experience in the largest NBA Youth Basketball program , Unity Active is a new, woman-owned program empowering kids ages 3-10. We deliver structured, high-energy sports enrichment at local schools and preschools designed to inspire confidence, teamwork, and joy.

Schedule :

Program runs weekday afterschool hours.

What You'll Do:

Lead 30-60 minute fun dance classes at partner sites Create inclusive, safe, and fun learning environments Communicate with site staff and families professionally Travel locally to multiple sites

You Are:

Great with kids; energetic, reliable, and positive Comfortable leading small groups (ages 3-10). Previous experience managing a group of young kids is required. Experience in dance. Youth dance teaching experience preferred Have reliable transportation around Perry Hall and Riverside Must have availability in the morning (9-11 am) Must be comfortable accepting a role that offers 5 hours max per week.
