The ideal candidate will have a strong passion to help others using joys of ballroom dance. They'll need to possess the ability to engage students of all ages. This role involves developing and implementing dance curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, and inspiring students to express themselves through movement. Duties Develop and implement engaging dance curriculum tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Teach various dance styles, focusing on both smooth and rhythm ballroom dances. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students. Provide individualized attention and support to students, including those with special educational needs or varying abilities. Plan lessons that align with educational standards and promote creativity, discipline, and physical fitness. Document student progress and provide feedback as necessary. Organize performances or showcases to highlight student achievements in dance. Collaborate with other instructors on projects. Experience No dance experience needed however, previous dance experience is welcome. paid training benifits
