Job Description
Athletics Program Instructor/CoachUnder the direction of the Athletics Coordinator, the Athletics Program Instructor/Coach for volleyball is responsible for high quality lessons and participant engagement. This individual must maintain high personal standards and adhere to and carry out the Purpose of Greater Midland.

- Ensure high quality programs that are results-based driven, with proper planning and engaging lesson plans.
- Work cooperatively, positively, enthusiastically and professionally with all program participants, parents, Greater Midland Staff and Volunteers.
- Ensure that facilities, equipment and supplies are secured for each program session.
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Ensure that character development is present in all programs (caring, honesty, respect, responsibility).
- Complete, in a timely manner, all requests from supervisor in the achievements of department and center goals/objectives.
- CPR / First Aid / AED; preferred.
- Minimum age of 15.
- Volleyball Experience
- Excellent people skills; ability to work with a wide variety of personalities.
- Strong verbal communication skills. Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
