Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. As a Dance Instructor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students of all ages in various dance styles. If you have a love for dance and enjoy working with children and adults, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
  • Develop and implement engaging dance lessons for students of different skill levels
  • Teach dance techniques, choreography, and routines in various styles such as ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, etc.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure the safety of all participants
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to plan performances, recitals, and other dance events
  • Stay updated on current trends and developments in the dance industry
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with children or adults in a teaching or coaching role
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in various dance styles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching dance
  • Certification or degree in dance or related field is preferred but not required
