The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tumbling and gymnastics and possess the ability to inspire and educate students of all ages. This role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. The Instructor will play a crucial role in developing students' skills, confidence, and love for tumbling and gymnastics. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging dance lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Teach various skills, ensuring students learn proper techniques and choreography. Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and discipline among students. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills. Collaborate with other instructors on interdisciplinary projects, such as integrating tumbling with dance. Requirements Proven experience in tumbling and gymnastics instruction. Strong knowledge of proper techniques. Experience in curriculum development is highly desirable.
