Dance Complex is hiring talented and passionate dance instructors in Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Lyrical / Contemporary. We are looking for teachers who can provide strong technical training, inspiring class experiences, and meaningful connection with dancers and families. Key responsibilities Teach classes in assigned genre and age groups Build lesson plans that balance technique, progressions, creativity, and performance Challenge dancers while maintaining an encouraging environment Choreograph combinations and routines as needed Support dancer development in technique, artistry, confidence, and performance quality Maintain organized class flow and clear expectations Work collaboratively with studio leadership and fellow teachers Participate in showcases, performances, auditions, and studio events Uphold studio standards for safety, professionalism, and communication Qualifications Strong training in assigned genre Prior teaching or choreography experience preferred Ability to teach multiple ages and levels is a plus Strong musicality, communication, and classroom presence Dependable, team focused, and growth minded Evening and some weekend availability preferred

Pay:

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
