Job Description

Above the Barre Dance & Fitness is a young, growing studio and we're looking for the right fit to add to our team! We are specifically looking for teachers who enjoy & have experience working with preschool-kindergarten age children, as the majority of our students are in this category. We are currently hiring for a Thursday afternoon shift and a Saturday morning shift.
Desired qualifications:
Prior experience as a dance teacher Experience in multiple disciplines - ballet, tap, jazz & hip hop! Weekday afternoon & evening availability Weekend morning availability Reliable, professional and friendly Willingness & desire to continue learning and growing as an instructor Opportunity to begin this summer if desired! Responsibilities Creating and executing class plans based on our current curriculum Choreographing for in-studio performances and year-end recital Communicating with parents & building relationships with students and families Working collaboratively with director and other instructors to maintain consistency across classes Opportunities in building more curriculum as our programs grow If interested, please email us your resume: amanda@atbdanceandfitness.com
