As a Massage Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving this mission. What You'll Do:

Inspirational Instruction:

Deliver engaging and comprehensive massage instruction to our diverse student body, fostering a passion for excellence in client care.

Curriculum Enhancement:

Contribute to the development and improvement of our massage curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and prepares students for success in the real-world.

Hands-On Training:

Provide hands-on training in spa/clinic and classroom settings, including guidance on techniques, industry standards, and professional ethics.

Student Mentorship:

Act as a mentor and role model, offering guidance and support to students, helping them build their confidence and skills.

Assessment and Feedback :

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to aid in their growth and development.

What You Bring:

Massage Expertise:

Hold a valid New Jersey massage license and have 3 years' experience in massage practices and techniques. Passion for

Education:

A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring, with a focus on fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Effective Communication:

Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex concepts and ideas to students. Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Team Player:

Collaborate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure a cohesive and encouraging learning experience for students.
