In this dynamic role, you will design engaging dance curricula, foster a positive learning environment, and cultivate a love for dance in your students. Whether working with toddlers, children, or teens, your enthusiasm and expertise will help students develop their technique, creativity, and confidence. Duties Lead engaging dance classes that promote proper technique, artistry, and creativity Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all students Plan and execute lesson plans that align with educational standards and individual student needs Qualifications Proven experience in teaching dance and choreography with classroom management skills Strong knowledge of various dance styles including ballet, tap, jazz, acrobatics, and hip hop Experience working with preschoolers, children, pre-teens, and teens Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that foster creativity and technical skill development Familiarity with childhood development principles and behavior management strategies Excellent communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Join us in creating a safe, clean dance environment that builds confidence, creativity, and friendship through dance.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
