Youth Dance Coach - Part-Time Are you passionate about dance and love working with young children? We are looking for a fun, energetic, and enthusiastic Dance Coach to join our KSM team! You'll bring energy, creativity, and a love for dance to local daycare and preschool facilities, providing engaging dance and movement classes for children ages 18 months to 5 years old.

Requirements:

Dance, cheer, gymnastics, or movement experience preferred. Morning availability ( 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM ) to align with daycare and preschool schedules. High energy and enthusiasm for working with young children. Experience working with children in a dance, childcare, camp, coaching, or educational setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to make dance FUN, engaging, and age-appropriate!

Responsibilities:

Travel to assigned daycare and preschool facilities to conduct dance classes. Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate dance and movement activities. Introduce basic dance skills, rhythm, coordination, balance, and movement. Teach simple routines and combinations using kid-friendly music. Create a fun, safe, positive, and inclusive environment. Adapt activities for different ages and developmental stages. Help children build confidence, creativity, coordination, and a love for dance! Join the KSM Team! Our motto is "We are the BEST!" Have a passion for dance and helping young children learn, move, and build confidence! Hours & Pay This part-time position offers up to 20 hours per week at $17-$20 per hour.
