Seeking a beginner-focused Salsa and Bachata instructor to deliver clear explanations, appropriate pacing, positive feedback, and skill progressions that help new dancers participate confidently and safely. Use variation with music, lessons, and choreography to keep members challenged and engaged. If absent from a scheduled session, provide a sufficient lesson plan, with step sequence or counts, music selection, and perhaps videos to allow the club officers to carry out instruction on that day. This position is paid an hourly wage ranging from $65 to 75 per hour. The club practices range from 60-90 minutes and occur up to twice a week during the semester.
