Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Gymnastics Instructor/Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will love working with children , have strong communication skills, and be comfortable leading structured movement classes that emphasize safety, fun, and skill development. If you have a passion for gymnastics, tumbling, or Ninja, and enjoy working with children, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Positions from pre-school instructor to Team coach available. No experience required. Training will be provided. Flexible schedule and tuition discounts available. Duties Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment Instruct students on proper gymnastics techniques on all events Provide guidance and support to students to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians on their child's development Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience and the ability to motivate and inspire students CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and skills a plus.
