YOUR ROLE AS A WEBBY INSTRUCTOR

As a WEBBY instructor, you'll bring energy, creativity, and excitement to every class while helping young children build confidence and develop new skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

Traveling to various school and childcare locations to teach classes. Maintaining punctuality, dependability, and reliability. Delivering engaging, action-packed dance and gymnastics classes using the WEBBY curriculum. Communicating professionally and effectively with school staff and the WEBBY team. Encouraging student participation and helping maximize enrollment and attendance. Representing the WEBBY brand and mission with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity. ⭐️

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for instructors who are energetic, responsible, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children!

Required Qualifications:

Experience working with young children. A background in dance, gymnastics, or a related movement-based activity. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Ability to successfully pass a background check. Strong communication and organizational skills. A positive attitude and a passion for working with children! ✨

Bonus:

A background in Early Childhood Education is a plus, but not required!
