About the Role The Oaks Dance Studio is looking for a versatile, high-energy, and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our faculty. We are seeking a mentor who can inspire students of all ages while maintaining a high standard of technical excellence. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Ballet , the flair for Jazz , and the technical strength required for Acro . Key Responsibilities Lead and instruct classes in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, and Acro dance styles for various age groups and skill levels. Develop engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and choreography for seasonal performances or competitions. Ensure the safety of all students, particularly during Acro spotting and technical progressions. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students reach their individual goals. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional classroom environment. Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Proven experience in teaching Ballet (Vaganova, Cecchetti, or similar), Jazz , and Acro (Acrobatic Arts certification is a plus). Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with both children and parents. Reliable, punctual, and passionate about dance education.
