As a Coach, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. As a KidStrong Coach, your main responsibilities are to cultivate a culture of learning and development among participants and to ensure an outstanding experience for kids, families, and team members alike. You will lead engaging classes that contribute to the holistic growth and well-being of every child involved, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and care within the KidStrong community.
What You'll Do:
Coach Like a
Pro :
Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids up to 11 years old.
Master of Curriculum :
Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
Level Up :
Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills with our stellar training programs.
Family Friend :
Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class - you're the reason they love KidStrong!
Class Commander :
Ensure classes run smoothly, every time.
Master of All :
Coach class, camps, movie nights, and other events.
Clean & Green :
Participate in the basic upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness. What we're looking for: Passion for working with kids. Non-negotiable. You must love working with children. Coaching background. Experience with kids under 11 years old is even better. If you've coached a herd of cats, you're overqualified and also why did you do that? Communication whiz. Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner talk show host. Energetic & Fun. Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class. Mentorship Magic. Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. CPR Certified. Or willingness to get certified. Safety First!
