Immediately Job Description The Assistant Director of Learning Center is a full-time, on-site role located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, supporting the Cumming and Alpharetta centers. This role helps oversee daily operations of the learning centers, including scheduling sessions, coordinating tutoring programs, and ensuring a welcoming, organized environment for students and families. The Assistant Director monitors student progress, and communicates updates and recommendations to parents and caregivers. The role requires a consistent presence during center hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of students and families. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred; prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or educational administration is highly beneficial. Background in Education and Training, with experience supporting teachers, tutors, or instructional staff. Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff; strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working on-site with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support center operations.
