The ideal candidate will bring proven sales experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Present, promote and sell vehicles to existing and prospective customers Actively engage with customers and show a genuine interest in the customers' needs and concerns Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales efforts with team members Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Skills Must have at least two (2) years of proven work experience as an Automotive Sales Representative Excellent knowledge of MS Office Ability to build strong customer relationships Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Relationship management skills and openness to feedback BS/BA degree or equivalent (preferred); High School Degree (or equivalent) required.
