Job Description

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Works to build the Junior Youth Challenge ministry globally by providing training, guidance, and resources for JYC™ Club Leaders. Realizes the importance of the CEF Culture Points and commits to upholding them personally and in the ministry of CEF (The importance of Godly leadership at every level, of the spiritual welfare of our workers, of prayer as our foundation, of evangelizing children, of a clear and Biblical presentation of the Gospel and of a commitment to excellence, for the glory of God).
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Will strive to carry out the following responsibilities with excellence: Model the CEF Culture Points. Raise financial support with the goal of being fully funded. Work to establish and maintain a strong financial support team. Communicate faithfully with a personal prayer support team. Serve as a Junior Youth Challenge Club Leader, with direct ministry to young people age 11-15. Promote the online JYC Leaders Course, encouraging student enrollment. Secure qualified proctors for the online JYC Leaders Course students. Assist the CMI Online Director with online course creation, edits, and updates. Serve as the online JYC Leaders Course instructor. Serve as the online instructor for other CMI Online courses as needed. Perform other ministry-enhancing duties recommended by the CMI Online Director. Qualifications Children's Ministries Institute® graduate Instructor of Teachers credential (both Level 1 and Level 2 preferred) Online educational experience Masters level degree or higher preferred Junior Youth Challenge ministry leadership experience Drive and commitment to continue learning and growing Ability and desire to work well with others Willingness to work as a missionary and raise financial support Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Child Evangelism Fellowship International Headquarters A good testimony, living a life that brings glory to God As a religious organization, Child Evangelism Fellowship is permitted and reserves the right to prefer employees or prospective employees on the basis of religion.
