About the Role Huntington Learning Center of Wake Forest is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Assistant Director to join our leadership team. We are open to hiring one full-time employee or two part-time employees to share the role. You will work alongside the Center Director to manage daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service to families, and support our instructional staff in helping students achieve academic success. Thursday:

10:00 AM•8:00

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM•3:00

PM Closed:

Friday & Sunday Shift schedules will be coordinated directly with the Center Director (or split collaboratively between two part-time Assistant Directors). Key Responsibilities Assist with daily learning center operations, student scheduling, and administrative duties. Oversee student instruction sessions to ensure high academic standards and student engagement. Maintain positive communication with parents regarding student progress and program updates. Help conduct consultations, student testing, and enrollment discussions. Support staff development, teacher management, and workplace morale. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Previous experience in education, tutoring, management, or customer service is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
