The Children's Discovery Center is looking to hire 3 Teaching Professionals. The CDC is a licensed 501(c)3 preschool that operates year-round. Our hours are from September to May 7:15 - 5:30, and June, July, and August 7:30 - 5:30. We provide a play-based curriculum during the school year, and a nature-based curriculum during our Summer Program. We are looking for someone who is excited to teach preschoolers, someone who is organized, works well with co-workers (Director, Head Cook and other teachers), and someone who will adhere to the school's philosophy and policies. This candidate must be able to pass a background check, and TB test.
