Martial Arts USA is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Full-Time Head Taekwondo Master with a strong background in Taekwondo training, teaching, and leadership. We are looking for a professional Master who can confidently teach students of all ages and belt levels, independently lead complete classes, and take full responsibility for maintaining a high standard of instruction. The ideal candidate will have extensive Taekwondo experience, a high current level of technical skill, and the confidence and responsibility to lead classes, develop students, demonstrate strong leadership, and perform professionally as a Head Master. Required Qualifications Kukkiwon Certified 4th Dan or higher Extensive Taekwondo training and professional teaching experience Strong knowledge and high-level demonstration ability in Taegeuk 1-8 and Black Belt Poomsae High-level proficiency in Poomsae, Sparring, Kicking, Breaking, and Demonstration Ability to independently plan and lead classes for children, teens, and adults Ability to teach students from beginner through Black Belt levels in a structured and effective manner Ability to professionally coach and prepare students for Poomsae, Sparring, Demonstration, and Tournament Competition Strong class management, student development, and leadership skills Ability to clearly explain techniques and demonstrate them accurately at a high level Positive, responsible, dependable, and professional attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to consistently maintain a neat and professional appearance and demeanor Must be legally authorized to work in the United States U.S.-based applicants only.
