Job Description

Texas Cast Academy —a premier modeling and acting school—is expanding its curriculum to include graceful movement classes designed to enrich our students' performance skills. We are seeking a dedicated, professional Ballet Instructor to introduce and build out a program rooted in the traditional Vaganova method (Russian ballet technique).In this role, you will teach group classes for students ranging from ages 6 to 19 . Additionally, you will work in close collaboration with our elite private coaching division to provide high-end, bespoke movement training and program enrichment for our professional and high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities Curriculum Design :
Collaborate with leadership to build out a new ballet and grace program tailored specifically to modeling and acting students.
Technical Instruction :
Teach authentic Vaganova method technique, focusing on core strength, precise alignment, and expressive upper body movement.
Grace & Poise :
Train students to translate classical ballet control into professional stage presence, runway walks, and acting posture.
High-End Collaboration :
Partner with the private training team to design and deliver specialized, premium enrichment sessions for high-profile and professional clients.
Age-Appropriate Progressions :
Adapt classes to engage diverse age brackets from younger children to young adults.
Qualifications & Skills Method Expertise :
Strong, verifiable background and training in the Vaganova (Russian) ballet methodology.
Teaching Experience :
Proven experience teaching youth, teens, and adults across a broad range of skill levels.
Elite Client Care :
Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and communication skills necessary for working with high-end, professional clients.
Adaptability :
Enthusiasm for teaching students who use ballet specifically to enhance their acting, modeling, and entertainment careers. Schedule & Benefits Flexible part-time hours Competitive hourly rate: $25.00 - $30.00 / hour (based on experience) Dynamic, creative, and professional team environment
