Job Summary We are looking for an instructor who can grow with us based on strong educational philosophy and character. Anyone who loves children, is passionate about teaching Taekwondo, and carries a sense of responsibility and proper etiquette is welcome to apply, regardless of experience. We are committed to treating each student with sincerity, providing fun and meaningful classes, and fostering leaders who prioritize virtue and help students grow in the right direction. Additionally, we have a dedicated manager, so you will not be responsible for any office work and can focus solely on teaching. Duties Teach Taekwondo classes in a safe, positive, and engaging environment Provide age-appropriate instruction and guidance based on each student's level and development Demonstrate and teach Taekwondo techniques, forms, self-defense, and physical conditioning Help students develop discipline, confidence, respect, self-control, and other positive character traits Build positive relationships with students and encourage them to grow both on and off the mat Maintain a professional attitude, proper etiquette, and a strong example of leadership at all times Monitor student behavior and safety during class Assist students in preparing for belt testing and achieving their individual goals Communicate respectfully and professionally with parents when needed Work closely with Master Park and the management team to maintain consistent teaching standards Participate in instructor training, staff meetings, events, and other dojang activities as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment Be punctual, dependable, and prepared for every scheduled class Continue developing personal Taekwondo skills and teaching abilities as the school grows Qualifications Taekwondo 2nd Dan or higher Teaching experience not required (training provided) No academic requirements Open to all genders Preferred Enjoys working with children and interacts well with them Taekwondo 4th Dan or higher Selection Process Application review First interview Final selection How to Apply Please send us a brief introduction and your contact information by email or text.
