Job Description

We are seeking a Driving Instructor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing students to become safe, confident, and responsible drivers. You will provide both classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction, teaching traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, proper vehicle operation, and essential safety practices. The ideal candidate is patient, professional, and passionate about helping students develop the skills needed to drive safely and successfully. You will work with students of varying experience levels, helping them build confidence behind the wheel while reinforcing safe driving habits and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide behind-the-wheel and classroom instruction in accordance with state regulations and company standards. Teach traffic laws, road signs, defensive driving techniques, and safe vehicle operation. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support improvement. Help students develop confidence, awareness, and safe driving habits in real-world driving situations. Maintain accurate records of student progress and lesson completion. Ensure a safe and positive learning environment during all training sessions.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.50 per hour
