JoyWork Cleaning Co. is growing, and we're looking for a Trainer to join our team! We're a proudly women-owned, local cleaning company built on hard work, heart, and community. Our Trainer plays a key role in making sure every technician who represents JoyWork carries that same standard into every home. What You'll Do As a Cleaning Trainer, you'll help new team members build the skills and confidence to represent JoyWork with excellence.

Your day may include:

Training new Cleaning Technicians on JoyWork's cleaning standards, checklists, and systems Demonstrating proper techniques for cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and other areas of clients' homes Providing hands-on coaching and feedback in real client homes during onboarding Reinforcing JoyWork's expectations around professionalism, client respect, and quality consistency Identifying areas where a new hire needs extra support and adjusting your teaching approach Communicating with leadership about trainee progress and readiness Occasionally filling in on cleaning shifts as needed Previous cleaning or team-lead experience is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to teach, encourage, and hold a standard with patience and clarity.

Pay & Schedule Pay:

$16-$20/hour, based on experience Daytime hours, Monday-Friday Flexible scheduling based on training needs and your availability A great option for someone looking for steady daytime work that can fit around family, school, sports or other commitments What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has a heart for helping others succeed and takes pride in developing people Communicates clearly, patiently, and with encouragement Has strong attention to detail and high personal cleaning standards Is dependable, punctual, and responsible Has a positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic Is comfortable working inside clients' homes and treating their spaces with care Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required) Has a phone with active cell service (required) A Note About the Work This is an active, hands-on role. You'll spend much of your time on your feet, demonstrating techniques alongside trainees, moving throughout homes, bending, reaching, kneeling, and carrying cleaning supplies.
