Position Summary We are hiring an Electrical Instructor to lead classroom and lab-based training for apprentices and craft trainees. This position is ideal for experienced professionals passionate about mentoring the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Class hours:

5pm-8pm twice a week Key Responsibilities Provide engaging classroom and hands-on instruction using an approved curriculum Assess student performance through exams and practical evaluations Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and safety compliance Foster a professional and safety-conscious learning environment Offer guidance on academic, career, and personal growth Participate in annual training setup and professional development Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in electrical Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team Reliable transportation Willingness to complete the Instructor Certification Training Program (ICTP). We will pay for this training and certification. Preferred Qualifications NCCER Instructor Certification Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.) Work Environment This position reports to the Academy Manager and Director of Education. Instructors are expected to deliver independent, high-standard instruction while maintaining student engagement and safety.
