$25-50/HRAbout the RoleJoin the nation's leading maritime training institution! Located in Piney Point, Maryland, the Seafarers Harry Lundeberg School of Seamanship is seeking an instructor to join our team. Instructors teach classes with provided curriculum in the classroom, on our simulators, at the waterfront, and onboard our training vessels. This role may also include monthly 4-day training voyages onboard our school vessel, Freedom Star, w you'll work with our unlicensed apprentice crew. You'll be part of a dynamic educational environment with students from diverse backgrounds, varying in experience, age, and education level.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in public speaking
Military time can be evaluated; Boatswain's Mate, Quarter Master, Operations Specialist, or any Officer of the Navigational Watch
