In this role, you will deliver engaging driving lessons tailored to individual learning styles, ensuring students develop safe driving habits while gaining the skills needed to be safe and competent drivers. Duties Conduct comprehensive driving lessons for students of varying skill levels, focusing on safety, traffic laws, and practical driving techniques Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to each student's learning pace and needs Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to build confidence Prepare students for their driving tests by reviewing skills, rules of the road, and test procedures Maintain accurate records of lessons completed, student progress, and assessments in compliance with licensing requirements Communicate effectively with students, parents (if applicable), and licensing authorities to ensure smooth progression through the training process Qualifications Valid driving license with a clean driving record and extensive experience in operating vehicles safely Proven ability to teach and communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively Experience managing classroom or training environments, especially with adult learners Strong coaching skills that foster a positive, respectful learning atmosphere Passion for teaching and working with students to achieve their goals Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain instructions clearly and motivate learners Prior experience as a driving instructor or in driver education is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided for qualified candidates Join us in shaping confident drivers of tomorrow!
