A+ CDL Academy CDL Instructor / Trainer (Class A)
Location:
San Benito, Texas A+ CDL Academy is looking for a professional CDL Instructor who is passionate about helping students succeed and committed to maintaining the highest standards of training, safety, and customer service. This position is for an instructor, not just a truck driver. If you are impatient, take shortcuts, struggle with customer service, or simply want a paycheck, this is not the position for you. Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 years of recent Class A CDL driving experience Experience operating manual transmission commercial vehicles Clean and professional appearance Strong communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to remain patient and professional under pressure Ability to pass background and driving record checks Preferred Qualifications Previous training, coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience teaching manual transmission and backing maneuvers Experience working with entry-level drivers What We Value Most We can teach procedures. Hiring Process Step 1: Professional Interview Candidates will participate in a structured interview focused on character, integrity, customer service, communication skills, and teaching ability.
