Silver Lands owns and manages a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including single-family homes, multi-family units, apartment complexes, and manufactured housing. We take pride in maintaining quality housing and building lasting relationships with our residents. As we grow, we're looking for a motivated, people-first Community Manager to join our team. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, pipe replacements, water heater repairs, and fixture installation Perform routine inspections of water and sewer lines throughout the community Complete general maintenance tasks: HVAC filters, electrical troubleshooting, carpentry, and appliance repair Respond to resident work orders in a timely and professional manner Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and prepare vacant homes for occupancy Maintain community grounds, roads, and common areas as needed Coordinate with outside vendors for work beyond in-house scope Keep accurate records of completed work orders and parts used What We're Looking For 2+ years of maintenance experience, with a strong focus on plumbing Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing systems (supply, drain, and vent) Ability to read and interpret plumbing schematics General mechanical aptitude — HVAC, electrical, and carpentry a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience in manufactured housing or property management preferred but not required What We Offer Full time $18.00 per hour Paid time off and holidays On-call compensation Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Silverlands is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
