The schedule will be Wed-Friday 4:30pm-6:30pm and Saturday 9am-12pm. Duties Provide comprehensive driving lessons for standard passenger cars, motorcycles, and off-road vehicles, including manual transmission operation and highway maneuvers. Conduct classroom-based and online instruction on traffic safety, defensive driving techniques, adverse weather driving, night driving, and special needs driver training. Deliver personalized driver training sessions tailored to individual skill levels, including teen driver education and driver rehabilitation programs. Assess student progress through practical evaluations, offering constructive feedback to enhance their driving competence. Teach advanced skills such as motorcycle safety instruction, adverse weather techniques, highway navigation, and off-road driving instruction. Maintain clear communication with students to foster confidence and ensure understanding of all safety protocols. Keep detailed records of training sessions, student progress, and compliance with licensing regulations. Experience Proven experience in senior driver instruction or adult education with a strong background in teaching diverse learner groups. Demonstrated ability to manage classroom environments effectively and engage students through both in-person and online formats. Extensive knowledge of standard passenger car operation, motorcycle operation, manual transmission handling, and traffic regulations. Skilled in delivering specialized instruction such as defensive driving, night driving, adverse weather techniques, highway maneuvers, and special needs driver training. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with students of varying ages and backgrounds. Experience working with students who require tailored instruction or rehabilitation programs is highly desirable. Familiarity with traffic safety standards and best practices in driver education ensures high-quality training delivery.
