As a dedicated school support specialist, you'll empower K5th grade students at a local elementary school to receive essential virtual speech and communication therapy services. Your focus will be to act as the essential on-site facilitator for remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) sessions. What Were Looking For:

Experience as a school paraprofessional or similar educational support role is preferred Comfortable and confident with technology; ability to quickly learn new software and hardware Strong communicatorable to relay information among students, therapists, and school staff clearly and effectively Dependable, caring, and patient when working with school-age children Ready to engage with a caseload of approximately 33 students, grades K5 Flexible to work 35 hours per week, starting as soon as possible through the end of the academic year (May 26, 2027) Ability to work fully on-site, serving as the link between the remote clinician and students
